개인정보처리방침
Whisky Inc.(이하 "앱")는 개인 개발자 JoonHyuk Lee(이하 "운영자")이 만들고 운영하는 모바일 게임입니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 어디에 어떻게 저장하고 언제 지우는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

수집하지 않는 것: 실명, 전화번호, 주소, 위치, 연락처, 결제 카드 정보(스토어가 처리), 광고 식별자.
사진: 라벨에 넣는 사진은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 서버와 백업에는 올라가지 않고, 다른 플레이어에게는 기본 라벨로 바뀌어 보입니다.
2. 쓰는 목적
- 로그인과 계정 유지, 여러 기기에서 세이브 이어하기
- 길드·공개 프로필·월드 보드 같은 다른 플레이어와의 기능
- 구매한 다이아와 상품 지급, 환불 처리, 부정 이용 방지
- 오류 수정과 서비스 안정성 확인
- 신고 처리와 이용 규칙 위반 대응
3. 보관 장소와 위탁
- 서버: Supabase(미국 동부 리전). 계정·세이브·원장·길드 데이터가 여기 저장됩니다.
- 로그인 메일: Resend(메일 발송 대행). 이메일 주소가 발송 기록에 남습니다.
- 앱 내 구매: Apple App Store · Google Play(결제 처리). 구매 검증은 운영자의 서버가 각 스토어에 직접 확인하며, 스토어 거래 ID가 서버에 기록됩니다.
- 소셜 로그인: Google · Apple · Discord. 각 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
- 운영 알림: 신고 내용과 서버 상태 요약이 운영자의 비공개 Discord 채널로 전송됩니다.
- 위 서비스는 모두 국외(미국)에 서버가 있어 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.
4. 보관 기간
- 계정과 게임 데이터: 계정을 삭제할 때까지. 앱에서 삭제하면 즉시, 메일로 요청하면 30일 안에 서버에서 지웁니다.
- 구매 원장: 환불·분쟁 대응을 위해 계정 삭제 후에도 거래 ID만 5년간 보관합니다(전자상거래법).
- 신고 기록: 처리 후 1년.
- 로그인 메일 발송 기록: Resend 정책에 따라 최대 90일.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 앱 Settings › Account & Cloud 에서 로그아웃과 클라우드 세이브 확인이 가능합니다.
- 계정 삭제는 앱 Settings › Account & Cloud › Delete account 에서 바로 할 수 있습니다. 서버의 계정·세이브·원장·길드·프로필이 즉시 지워지고, 이 기기의 세이브만 남습니다. 자세한 절차는 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.
- 내 데이터 사본 요청, 정정 요청, 앱을 쓸 수 없는 상태에서의 삭제 요청은 support@whiskyinc.app 으로 보내 주세요. 로그인한 이메일로 보내 주시면 본인 확인이 끝납니다. 30일 안에 처리합니다.
- 소셜 로그인 연결은 각 서비스(Google · Apple · Discord)의 계정 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 14세 미만의 정보를 수집한 사실을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다.
7. 안전
데이터는 전송 중과 저장 중 모두 암호화됩니다. 서버 접근은 계정별 권한 규칙으로 제한되며, 운영자만 관리 권한을 갖습니다.
8. 변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안 알림으로 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
Whisky Inc. ("the app") is a mobile game made and operated by JoonHyuk Lee, an individual developer ("the operator"). This page explains what information the app stores, where, how it is used, and when it is deleted.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect: real name, phone number, postal address, location, contacts, payment card details (handled by the stores), advertising identifiers.
Photos: photos you place on a label stay on your device only. They are never uploaded to the server or backups, and other players see a default label instead.
2. How we use it
- Signing in, keeping your account, continuing your save on another device
- Multiplayer features: guilds, public profiles, the world board
- Delivering purchased diamonds and items, handling refunds, preventing abuse
- Fixing errors and keeping the service stable
- Handling reports and rule violations
3. Where it is stored and who processes it
- Server: Supabase (US East region). Accounts, saves, ledgers and guild data live here.
- Sign-in emails: Resend (email delivery). Your email address appears in delivery logs.
- In-app purchases: Apple App Store and Google Play (payment). Our own server validates each purchase directly with the store and records the store transaction ID.
- Social sign-in: Google, Apple, Discord. Their privacy policies also apply.
- Operations: report contents and daily server summaries are sent to the operator's private Discord channel.
- All of these services run servers outside Korea (United States), so data is transferred abroad.
4. Retention
- Account and game data: until you delete your account. Deleted immediately when you delete in the app, or within 30 days of an emailed request.
- Purchase ledger: transaction IDs only are kept for 5 years after account deletion for refunds and disputes (Korean e-commerce law).
- Report records: 1 year after handling.
- Sign-in email logs: up to 90 days under Resend's policy.
5. Your rights
- Settings › Account & Cloud in the app lets you sign out and check your cloud save.
- You can delete your account in the app: Settings › Account & Cloud › Delete account. Your account, save, ledger, guild membership and profile are removed from the server immediately; only the save on your device remains. See Delete your account for the full steps.
- To request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account when you cannot use the app, email support@whiskyinc.app from the address you signed in with. We respond within 30 days.
- Social sign-in links can be revoked in your Google, Apple or Discord account settings.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 14, we delete it promptly.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Server access is restricted per account by row-level security rules; only the operator holds administrative access.
8. Changes
When this policy changes we update the date above and notify significant changes inside the app.
