이용약관
Whisky Inc.(이하 "게임")는 위스키아이앤씨(대표 이준혁, 이하 "운영자")가 만들고 운영하는 모바일 게임입니다. 로그인하거나 게임을 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 다룹니다.
1. 게임에 대하여
- 위스키 독립 병입 회사를 운영하는 경영 시뮬레이션 게임입니다. 게임 안의 회사 · 캐스크 · 대회 · 거래는 모두 가상의 것입니다.
- 이 게임은 술을 팔지 않고, 음주를 권하지 않습니다.
- 대부분의 플레이는 기기 안에서 진행되고, 로그인하면 세이브가 서버에 백업됩니다. 구매, 길드, 공개 프로필, 월드 보드는 온라인 연결이 필요합니다.
2. 계정
- 만 14세 이상만 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 계정은 본인만 씁니다. 계정을 팔거나 넘기거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다.
- 로그인 수단(이메일 · Google · Apple · Discord)의 관리는 이용자 책임입니다.
- 계정은 앱 Settings › Account & Cloud › Delete account 에서 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 절차는 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.
3. 세이브와 서비스 변경
- 세이브는 기기에 저장되고, 로그인한 동안 서버에 사본이 올라갑니다. 기기를 잃어버리거나 앱을 지우기 전에 로그인해 두어야 이어서 할 수 있습니다.
- 라벨에 넣은 사진은 기기에만 있고 서버에 올라가지 않습니다. 기기를 바꾸면 사진은 옮겨지지 않습니다.
- 게임의 수치 · 규칙 · 기능은 균형과 개선을 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 게임 안에서 알립니다.
- 점검 · 장애 · 사정에 따라 서비스의 일부나 전부가 잠시 멈추거나 끝날 수 있습니다. 서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 게임 안과 사이트에 알립니다.
4. 유료 상품과 환불
- 다이아, 특별 팩, 월간 트랙 같은 유료 상품은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 를 통해 결제합니다. 결제 수단과 영수증은 각 스토어가 처리합니다.
- 유료 상품과 게임 안의 재화는 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있는 이용 권한입니다. 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
- 확률이 있는 상품의 확률은 게임 안 Handbook 과 확률 정보에 적혀 있습니다.
- 환불: 구매한 스토어(Apple · Google)의 환불 절차를 따릅니다. 구매한 날부터 7일 안이고 그 상품을 쓰지 않았다면 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다. 이미 쓴 상품, 사는 즉시 적용되는 상품은 법이 정한 범위에서 철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 환불이 되면 그 상품으로 받은 다이아 · 아이템은 회수됩니다. 이미 썼다면 다이아 잔액이 0보다 작아질 수 있습니다.
- 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제했다면 미성년자 본인이나 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다.

5. 다른 이용자에게 보이는 글자
게임에서 이용자가 직접 쓰는 글자 가운데 다른 이용자에게 보이는 것이 있습니다: 회사 이름, 라인업(위스키) 이름, 라벨 문구, 길드 이름과 소개, 공유한 레시피의 이름. 월드 보드, 공개 프로필, 길드 화면에 나옵니다.
다음과 같은 글자는 쓸 수 없습니다. 운영자는 이런 내용과 이런 행동을 하는 이용자를 용납하지 않습니다.
- 욕설, 혐오 표현, 특정 인종 · 민족 · 국적 · 성별 · 성적 지향 · 종교 · 장애를 비하하는 말
- 성적인 내용, 폭력을 부추기는 내용, 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 위협하는 말
- 다른 사람의 개인정보, 실제 인물 · 회사 · 브랜드를 사칭하는 이름
- 운영자 · 관리자 · 공식 계정인 것처럼 보이게 하는 이름
- 광고, 홍보, 사이트 주소, 연락처
- 법을 어기거나 남의 권리를 침해하는 내용
운영자는 이렇게 다룹니다.
- 걸러내기: 글자를 올릴 때 금칙어 검사를 합니다. 걸린 글자는 저장되지 않거나, 다른 이용자에게는 가려져 보입니다.
- 신고: 길드, 레시피, 프로필 화면에서 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고는 운영자에게 전달됩니다.
- 차단: 다른 이용자를 차단하면 그 이용자의 레시피와 프로필이 보이지 않습니다.
- 조치: 신고는 24시간 안에 확인합니다. 규칙을 어긴 글자는 내리고, 필요하면 그 계정의 공개 기능(월드 보드 · 길드 · 공개 프로필)을 제한하거나 계정 이용을 막습니다.
조치에 이의가 있으면 support@whiskyinc.app 으로 알려 주세요.
사진은 다른 이용자에게 보이지 않습니다. 라벨에 넣은 사진은 기기에만 저장되고, 다른 이용자에게는 기본 라벨로 바뀌어 보입니다.
6. 하면 안 되는 일
- 세이브나 통신을 조작해 재화 · 결제 · 순위를 속이는 일
- 오류를 일부러 반복해 이용하는 일(오류를 발견하면 알려 주세요)
- 자동화 도구로 서버에 대량 요청을 보내는 일, 서비스를 방해하는 일
- 계정 · 재화를 현금이나 다른 대가로 거래하는 일
- 다른 이용자를 괴롭히는 일, 신고 기능을 거짓으로 되풀이해 쓰는 일
7. 운영자의 조치
약관을 어기면 정도에 따라 다음 조치를 할 수 있습니다: 글자 내림, 순위표 · 공개 화면에서 제외, 길드 기능 제한, 계정 이용 정지. 부정한 방법으로 얻은 재화는 회수할 수 있습니다. 약관 위반으로 이용이 제한된 경우 이미 쓴 유료 상품은 환불되지 않습니다. 법이 보장하는 이용자의 권리는 이 조항으로 줄어들지 않습니다.
8. 권리
- 게임의 프로그램, 그림, 음악, 글, 수치 자료의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자가 쓴 글자(5조)의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 다만 게임 안에서 그 글자를 저장하고 다른 이용자에게 보여 주는 데 필요한 범위에서 운영자가 쓸 수 있도록 허락한 것으로 봅니다. 계정을 지우면 서버에서 함께 지워집니다.
- 게임에 나오는 증류소 · 브랜드 · 지명은 실제 이름을 배경으로 쓴 것입니다. 각 이름과 상표는 해당 소유자의 것이며, 이 게임은 그 회사들과 제휴 · 후원 관계가 없습니다. 게임 안의 가격 · 맛 · 평가는 가상의 수치입니다.
9. 책임
- 운영자는 게임을 안정적으로 운영하려고 노력하지만, 서비스가 끊기지 않거나 오류가 없다고 보증하지는 않습니다.
- 운영자의 고의나 중대한 잘못이 아닌 한, 기기 고장 · 통신 장애 · 이용자의 계정 관리 소홀로 생긴 손해는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 법이 책임을 면할 수 없다고 정한 경우에는 그 법을 따릅니다.
10. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 날짜를 고치고 게임 안에서 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 시행 30일 전에, 그 밖의 변경은 7일 전에 알립니다. 변경 뒤에도 게임을 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 계정을 지우고 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다.
11. 스토어
Apple App Store 와 Google Play 는 이 약관의 당사자가 아닙니다. 게임과 그 내용에 대한 책임은 운영자에게 있습니다. 스토어의 이용 규칙이 이 약관과 함께 적용됩니다.
12. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 support@whiskyinc.app 으로 알려 주세요. 해결되지 않으면 민사소송법이 정한 법원에서 다룹니다.

Terms of Service
Whisky Inc. ("the game") is a mobile game made and operated by Whisky Inc (JoonHyuk Lee, sole proprietor, "the operator"). By signing in or using the game you agree to these terms. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
1. About the game
- A management simulation about running an independent whisky bottling company. The companies, casks, competitions and trades in the game are fictional.
- The game does not sell alcohol and does not encourage drinking.
- Most play happens on your device; when you are signed in your save is backed up to our server. Purchases, guilds, public profiles and the World Board need a connection.
2. Accounts
- You must be 14 or older.
- Your account is yours alone. You may not sell, transfer or lend it.
- You are responsible for your sign-in method (email, Google, Apple, Discord).
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account & Cloud › Delete account. See the account deletion guide.
3. Saves and changes to the service
- Your save lives on your device, with a copy on our server while you are signed in. Sign in before you lose a device or remove the app if you want to carry on elsewhere.
- Photos you put on labels stay on your device and are never uploaded. They do not move to a new device.
- Numbers, rules and features may change for balance and improvement. We announce significant changes in the game.
- Part or all of the service may pause or end because of maintenance, outages or circumstances. If we end the service we give 30 days' notice in the game and on the website.
4. Paid items and refunds
- Paid items such as diamonds, special packs and the monthly track are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment methods and receipts are handled by the store.
- Paid items and in-game currency are a licence to use them inside the game. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
- Odds for items with random results are listed in the in-game Handbook and at whiskyinc.app/odds.
- Refunds follow the refund process of the store you bought from (Apple or Google). Where the law gives you a right to withdraw, you may do so within 7 days of purchase if the item has not been used. Items already used, or applied the moment they are bought, may be excluded to the extent the law allows.
- When a purchase is refunded, the diamonds and items it granted are taken back. If they were already spent, your diamond balance may go below zero.
- If a minor paid without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the purchase.

5. Text other players can see
Some text you write is shown to other players: your company name, lineup (whisky) names, label text, guild name and tagline, and the names of recipes you share. It appears on the World Board, public profiles and guild screens.
The following is not allowed. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or for users who abuse other players.
- Profanity, hate speech, or slurs about race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability
- Sexual content, content that encourages violence, harassment or threats
- Other people's personal information; names that impersonate a real person, company or brand
- Names that make you look like the operator, an administrator or an official account
- Advertising, promotion, website addresses or contact details
- Anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights
How we handle it:
- Filtering: text is checked against a blocked-word list when it is submitted. Text that fails is not saved, or is hidden from other players.
- Reporting: you can report a guild, a recipe or a profile from its screen. Reports go to the operator.
- Blocking: when you block a player, their recipes and profile are hidden from you.
- Action: we review reports within 24 hours. Text that breaks these rules is removed, and where needed the account is restricted from public features (World Board, guilds, public profile) or suspended.

Photos are never shown to other players. A photo on a label stays on your device; other players see a standard label instead.
6. What you must not do
- Tamper with saves or network traffic to fake currency, purchases or rankings
- Deliberately and repeatedly exploit a bug (please tell us if you find one)
- Send automated bulk requests to our servers or interfere with the service
- Trade accounts or currency for money or anything else of value
- Harass other players or misuse the report feature
7. What we may do
If you break these terms we may, depending on severity: remove text, exclude you from leaderboards and public screens, restrict guild features, or suspend the account. Currency gained by cheating may be taken back. Paid items already used are not refunded when an account is restricted for breaking these terms. Nothing here limits rights the law guarantees you.
8. Rights
- The game's software, art, music, writing and data belong to the operator or to their rightful owners.
- Text you write (section 5) remains yours. You allow us to store it and show it to other players inside the game as far as that requires. It is deleted from our server when you delete your account.
- Distillery, brand and place names in the game are real names used as a setting. Each name and trademark belongs to its owner; the game is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Prices, flavours and scores in the game are fictional.
9. Liability
- We work to keep the game running reliably but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss caused by device failure, network problems, or your own handling of your account.
- Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, the law applies.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the date on this page and tell you in the game. We give 30 days' notice of changes that are significant or to your disadvantage, and 7 days' notice of other changes. If you keep using the game after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you may delete your account and stop using the game.
11. App stores
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms. The operator alone is responsible for the game and its content. The stores' own usage rules apply alongside these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If there is a dispute, please write to support@whiskyinc.app first. If it cannot be resolved, it is heard by the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
